【Abstract】 To provide some scientific basis for taxonomic classification and evolution regularity for Paenia,the structure of stem and leaf of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.and Paeonia lactiflora Pall.were comparatively anatomized with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The vascular bundle number in the stem of P.suffruticosa were much more than that of P.lactiflora.There were significant difference between them in the cutin thickness,stomatic frequency of the leaves.更多还原
