车用永磁式缓速器转子鼓温度应力场计算
Computation on thermal and stress fields of permanent magnet retarder rotor in automobile
【摘要】 根据车用永磁式缓速器结构和工作原理,建立了转子鼓温度和应力场的计算模型,确定了合理的边界条件,运用Bessel方程推导了永磁式缓速器转子鼓温度场和应力场的计算公式.最后进行了台架试验,并与理论计算进行了比较,结果表明试验值与理论值吻合较好.此计算公式可用来分析转子鼓的温度和应力,反映各设计参数与温度之间的定量关系,进行转子鼓优化设计、减小转子鼓温度和温度梯度,从而降低转子鼓的热应力与热变形,提高永磁式缓速器的制动稳定性.
【Abstract】 The physical model based on the working principle of permanent magnet retarder for analyzing the thermal and stress fields of retarder rotor in automobile is established and boundary conditions are(defined.) The formulas of the thermal and stress fields are derived using the Bessel equation.It is found that the testing and analytical data agree well.The temperature and stress of the rotor are analyzed and exact relation between temperature and other parameters is established.The rotor can be optimized and the temperature rise of the rotor can be decreased,so the brake performance stability can be improved.
