F值/C值计算机实时采集精度分析与控制

【摘要】 在新型流态化固体食品超高温杀菌研究中研究F值/C值计算机实时采集精度.通过解析方法和数值方法研究了温度误差和积分方法对F值/C值实时采集精度的影响.由获得的温度误差对F值/C值的精度影响的解析式发现,温度误差对F值/C值采集精度产生关键性影响,如温度误差为0.5℃时,FZ值的相对误差达到12.2%.同时数值分析表明,在采样间隔<1 s时辛普森法满足实时采集精度的需要.通过数值分析获得了不同积分方法下能够保证采集精度要求的最大步长,可以在实际采集中用于确定合理的采样间隔.同时,只要F值的采集精度达到要求,C值精度就得到保证.

【Abstract】 Accuracy of F/C-value acquisition in the ultra-high temperature sterilization of innovative flui-dization of solid food is studied.The effects of the temperature error and the integration method on F/C-value are analytically and numerically analyzed.The analytical formulae developed shows that the temperature error plays a critical role in the accuracy of F/C-value acquired.For instance,when the temperature error equals to 0.5 ℃,the relative error of F_Z-value is up to 12.2%.Based on the results of the numerical analysis,as the sampling interval is less than 1 sec,the Simpson’s integration method can meet the needs of the accuracy of F/C-value acquisition.The maximum integral step lengths which meet the demand of the accuracy of F/C-value are obtained.Therefore,the correct sampling interval can be calculated in the practical acquisition.If the accuracy of F-value is acceptable,so is the accuracy of C-value.
