反应条件对FCC汽油二次芳构化的研究
Effects of Reaction Temperature on the Aromatization Reaction of FCC Gasoline
【摘要】 以兰炼催化汽油二次芳构化产品为原料,采用小型固定流化床为芳构化反应装置,考察了反应条件对芳构化产物产率、转化率、MON和RON和液体产品组成的影响规律。实验结果表明,兰炼FCC汽油的二次芳构化产物产率随反应温度的变化规律与抚顺FCC汽油非常相似。虽然兰炼FCC汽油芳构化产物二次芳构化后芳香烃的含量提高了大约5%,但是由于产物的马达法辛烷值(MON)不但没有提高反而有所下降,而研究法辛烷值(RON)并没有提高较大,并且焦炭产率较高。因此,可以说明兰炼FCC汽油的二次芳构化性能较差。
【Abstract】 By using Lanlian catalytic gasoline aromatization production as a feedstock,the effects of reaction conditions on the aromatization product yield,conversion,MON,RON and solvent product compound were researched in a confined fluidized bed reactor.The experimental results show that the changeable trend of secondary aromatization yield of Lanlian FCC gasoline are the same with FCC gasoline’s under the operation condition.Although the aromatics contents of FCC gasoline after the secondary aromatization are about 5%,MON value of production decreases and RON value of production remain no change and coke yield contents are very high.These show that the qualities of secondary aromatization of FCC gasoline are very poor.
