【Abstract】 Based on the research of current emergency response policies, a new policy system (PS) that adapted to the emergency response automatization was proposed. The system consisted of policy object (PO) and policy pattern (PP) databases. It produced real-time policy instances and operated automatically when network abnormalities occurred; therefore it laid a sound foundation for emergency response automatization.更多还原
