论企业知识型员工的管理
The management of intellectual employees in enterprises
【摘要】 本文介绍了知识型员工的定义、加强知识型员工管理的必要性及知识型员工管理的原则,构建了知识型员工管理体系。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the meaning of intellectual employees,the necessity of intellectual employees management and management policy,and builds the management system of intellectual employees.
