【Abstract】 For some middle and small scale agricultural projects tenders,the constructor often own organizes,in opening sealed tenders and choosing through public appraisal.Excel can make up the specialized one,and may realize automatic computation from opening sealed tenders to producing successful bidder.This paper shows the use of Excel for mule and form edition with a example of Weishan Irrigation District.更多还原
