【Abstract】 The traditional new classical international trade theory denies the existing space of international direct investment theory. The rapid development of transnational corporation indicates international trade and international direct investment expands together. This paper reviews history and present situation of integration of international trade theory and international direct investment theory, analyses the theoretical origin of internal scale economy stressly, inquiries into the theoretical basis of integration of international trade and international direct investment is international division of labor based on internal scale economy.更多还原
