【Abstract】 Basing on resource scarcity, several theoretical problems associated with enterprise circular economy are considered. The connotation of resource scarcity degree is defined, and then the model of enterprise adaptation capabilities is established. Through the analysis of the model, it is appointed that only to do the innovation of circular economy; the enterprise could maintain subsistence and development in the environment of resource scarcity.
