【Abstract】 National student loans are an important form of the government’s effort to apply financial means to support education and assist poverty-stricken college students to finish their college education. It has made remarkable achievement since its implementation six years ago. But now it gets into a situation that both its issuing and application are facing difficulties. This paper tries to make an economics analysis of the internal controversy in the operating mechanism of national student loans and puts forward relevant solution.更多还原
