【Abstract】 As the rational management plays a less and less important role in the marginal process of promotion of performance in the enterprises,some experts in this field become more and more interested in the informal relationship in the enterprises. Based on the armlength-ties and strong-ties theory,this thesis attempts to analyze the informal relationship and its evolution in the enterprises and propose that effective ties relationship should be built in the enterprises and relevant measures should be taken to build the effective ties relationship.更多还原
