【Abstract】 Science and technology is the paramount force in promoting the development of the productivity, and the technological resources are the foundation and guarantee for the development of science and technology. The technological capacity information in Ningbo regional economy was obtained by investigating into the Ningbo technological resource actualities, including the actualities of scientific and technical talents, research and development of science and technology, science service agencies, investment in research and production,scientific and technological enterprises, scientific and technological projects, scientific and technological results and patents, etc. After the finish of data collection and primary data process, systematical analyses were carried out to find out the countermeasure to boost the construction of technological resource capacity in Ningbo .更多还原
