【摘要】 为实现炼油厂过程数据库PHD到INTEMOR智能事故预报系统的数据通讯,讨论了系统的几种实时数据传输方式,介绍基于TCP/IP协议,通过API函数以动态连接库的方式来实现的数据采集方案,并利用VB编程开发了具有良好人机界面的接口软件,达到现场数据与系统之间可靠传送的效果。

【Abstract】 For data communication from Process History Database of petrochemical industry to INTEMOR fault diagnosis system,several real-time data acquisition methods are discussed.The principle based on TCP/IP protocol with API transferring data by Dynamic Linking Library is introduced.Data communication software is developed in Visual Basic programming environment with user-friendly interface and it implements a reliable data transmission between PHD and INTEMOR.
