【Abstract】 This article proposes a general framework for the development of e-gov management system based on Web,which separates data logic, business logic and view logic from the system.The framework is implemented by light J2EE technology——Spring.It also analyses the significance of the framework in the e-gov system development.With this framework to develop the e-gov system based on Web,the developers can pay more attention on the implementation of business logic and user interface,then the cost of the software development can be reduced,the efficiency of development can be improved and system maintenance can be simplified.更多还原
