【Abstract】 Based on the WDR algorithm,combining 5/3 integer wavelet transformation,this paper develops an image coding algorithm using a new bit-plane scanning scheme under layered multi-threshold.It has some properties of less computation,low-memory requirement,resolution progressive,lossy and lossless controllable.The experiments indicate that it is a practical image coding scheme with simplicity and high efficiency.更多还原
