【Abstract】 In this paper, the necessity and possibility of Interlingua as the architecture of Multi-lingual information communication platform is discussed, and the overall design and implementation strategies of building such as platform based on Interlingua are introduced. Introduction of the technology of sublanguage, controlled language during the process of Interlingua system, XML representation of Interlingua in networking environment, multi-engines and self-study modules during the processing are also presented.
