【摘要】 全国普通高校招生管理系统在招生录取时导出投档单的后续功能较为简单,仅仅能共享到考生有限的数据,为了完整地复现考生电子档案,为高校后续管理提供电子数据,对该系统作了细致的分析,并进一步设计了招生录取管理系统,经过4年的试用和完善,完全能满足招生录取管理、新生入学管理等基础性信息服务的需要,提高了相关工作中数据处理的质量与效率,同时为高校数字化校园项目中学生基础电子数据库的形成奠定了良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of its use,the enrollment management system adopted by Chinese universities is found that the functions following the submission of students’ file is rather simple since a limited amount of data can be shared.This paper deals with a careful analysis of the system,on the basis an improved system is proposed with view to wholly presenting students’ e-files and to facilitating universities’ follow-up management.The new system has un dergone 4-year trial use and betterment and proved to meet the needs for basic information such as enrollment,registra- tion of freshmen and improve the quality and efficiency of data processing.It also lays a strong foundation for the con- struction of basic database in digitalized campus program.更多还原
