【Abstract】 In the knowledge economy,the elements which decide the competitive strength of the enterprise in the market has been changed from the capital of material to the capital of human resources,so the strategy of the talents is gradually becoming a key factor for an enterprise,which leads to successful development.In view of the prevailing cognitive mistakes in the current strategies of the talents,the author of this article expresses his personal thinking and proposals besides focusing on how to construct strategy system from the perspective of enterprise development.更多还原
