【Abstract】 In this paper,the physical and chemical properties and application of thiazone are introduced briefly,which is a new skin penetration enhancer. The methods of synthesizing thiazone presently are classified and compared in detail. Different from traditional method,contemporary method has some advantages,for example,the shorter reaction time;the easily controlled reaction condition;the higher yield. And the reaction mechanism of some important methods is introduced. It offers that the reference and foundation of researching thiazone afterwards.更多还原
