【Abstract】 Firstly a video sequence Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR) model is constructed,and then,based on this model,a new video sequence quality pooling algorithm is introduced.Compared with the traditional Minkowski pooling algorithm,the results of this algorithm show higher correlation with the subjective evaluation data.Finally,the validity of the method is proved by experiments.更多还原
