【摘要】 采用爆炸复合工艺研制CPU散热器的铜铝复合,通过实验证明具有优良的散热性能,能有效地解决CPU散热需求问题,为CPU速度的提升提供了更广阔的发展空间。由于成本低廉,使其在普通微机中普及应用成为可能。

【Abstract】 The technology of explosive composite is applied to develop copper-aluminum compound for CPU radiator and the fine radiation performance is verified on the basis of testing.It can effectively solve the CPU radiation demand problem and provide broader development space for CPU speed promotion.It can be popularized in the ordinary computer because of it’s inexpensive cost.
