【Abstract】 This paper researches the techniques of directly implementing the input method and submitting the uyghur messages in the textbox on a website,in the case of none local input methods exist on dynamic web.Besides this issue includes the unicode coding project of uyghur’s character,code converting techniques,and uyghur characters style automatic selection technique .etc,in addition this paper gives the program flowchart for realizing of the main procedure of the important parts of this online processing method.更多还原
