数据存储新方向:DNA分子存储技术
New Direction of Data Storage:DNA Molecular Storage Technology
【摘要】 存储技术已经成为提高计算机系统的关键。DNA存储技术是一种基于生物分子的数据存储技术。作为生物分子计算机领域的一个重要分支,由于它具有存储密度高、硬件成本低廉、存取高度并行性、扩充性强、储存长久性等优点,极有可能替代传统的存储系统。这里首先回顾了DNA存储技术的起源与发展,接着介绍了其存储原理、研究的内容与方法,最后对DNA存储技术的发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Storage technology has been a key in improving the performance of computer system.DNA as a storage medium is extremely effective.The research of DNA memory plays an important part in bio-molecular computation.It is very stable,compact,biodegradable,and consumes very little energy.DNA RAM can eliminate the computational overhead of sequence design because the same RAM can be used for various computations once it is made.The current development and future trend of DNA molecular memory is described.It is blossoming and displaying an unrestricted prospect.
