【Abstract】 Multicast conserves the network resources efficiently,it is significant to provide multicast mechanism in wireless mobile environment.This paper briefly introduces the existing mobile multicast protocols,and proposes a novel hierarchical mobile multicast protocol based on mobility prediction.Simulation results demonstrate that this scheme has lower multicast tree reconfiguration frequency and smaller handoff delay.The proposed scheme can reduce multicast packet loss and minimize protocol overhead,and optimize the delivery path of multicast packets.更多还原
