【Abstract】 The integration of cellular automata and GIS enhances the functions of GIS,especially in spatial analysis and modeling in time and space,which providing new tools for geography research.This paper describes a method to develop cellular automata integrated with MapInfo.Principles of cellular automata and detailed technology for integration of cellular automata and GIS are discussed.The cellular automata is finally applied to the city of Huizhou and proved to be very effective.更多还原
