【Abstract】 Open education is an important part of the modern national education system and life long education system.The radio & TV universities should fix their schooling position on serving the local needs,on continuing education and on practical uses.The open education should be integrated into the development of the local economy and society by keeping close contact with the industry,business,enterprises,communities and rural areas.The reinforcement of the organizing and instructing of open education should be based on the grand education standpoint,by strengthening the construction of educational system and teaching team,thus promote the health development of open education.更多还原
