B4C/Ni多孔预制体的烧结行为及对金属铅的浸渗
Sintering Behavior of B4C/Ni Porous Preforms and their Liquid Pb Metal Infiltration
【摘要】 采用粉末冶金法制备了B4C/Ni多孔预制体,采用压力渗透法使液态金属铅浸入预制体。对制得的多孔预制体进行了金相观察和扫描电镜(SEM)观察以及抗压强度的测试,并计算得出了试样的孔隙度。分析结果表明,B4C/Ni多孔预制体的强度在800~1100℃之间随着温度升高而增大;在此温度区间B4C与Ni发生反应,反应产物主要有C和NiB3。多孔预制体抗压强度随孔隙度的下降而增大。在浸渗液态金属铅时,只有直径大于20μm左右的孔洞才能使液态铅浸入。
【Abstract】 B4C/Ni porous preforms were prepared by powder metallurgy. Liquid Pb metal was infiltrated into B4C/Ni porous preforms by pressure infiltration. The prefoms are observed by optical microscope and SEM and their compressive strength and porosity are measured. The results show that the higher the sintering temperature is, the higher the compressive strength is at the temperature between 800~1100℃. At this range of temperature reaction occurs between B4C and Ni with the products of C and NiB3.While the compressive strength increases with the descending of the porosity of the preforms. Liquid Pb metal can only be infiltrated into the holes with the diameters which are longer than about 20μm.
