基于MSC Adams的3-UPS并联机床动态特性仿真
Simulation on Dynamic Characteristics of 3-UPS Parallel Machine Tool on MSC Adams
【摘要】 以3-UPS并联机床为研究对象,应用虚拟样机技术建立机构参数化仿真模型,给出并联机床虚拟样机联合仿真设计方案.通过对样机模型动力学分析,确定影响整机动态性能的关键部件,采用MSCAdams完成这些部件的弹性体建模.通过动态仿真分析给出弹性并联机构的动态响应、固有频率等动态特性参数,为并联机床整机的优化设计奠定基础.
【Abstract】 Based on virtual prototype technology (VPT), the simulation model of 3-UPS parallel machine tool is modeled and the simulation scheme is planed. The pivotal parts that have influence on the total machine tool are confirmed by dynamic simulation. The elastic bodies of the pivotal parts are established in MSC Adams. Dynamic response, natural frequencies and other dynamic parameter of the elastic parallel mechanism are found out by dynamic simulation analysis which are the base condition of the optimization design of parallel machine.
