MSC Adams在双前桥转向机构设计中的应用
Application of MSC Adams in Design of Steering Mechanism of Double-Front Axle
【摘要】 本论文对双前桥载货汽车的转向机构进行了全新的设计,在理论计算的基础上利用MSCAdams软件分别对转向梯形和转向摇臂机构进行了运动学仿真,并对其转向特性进行了优化.随后的道路试验结果表明新设计的转向机构性能符合设计要求.
【Abstract】 The new design of steering mechanism of the double-front axle is dealt with. Based on the academic calculation, the MSC Adams software is used to do the kinematic simulation for steering trapezium and pitman arm mechanism. The Steering characteristics are optimized. The result of road test shows that the new design of characteristics of steering mechanism satisfies the design requirements.
