商务车正面碰撞有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis for Front Crash Safety of Commercial Vehicle
【摘要】 按照CMVDR294要求,运用LS-DYNA软件,对某商务车进行整车和乘员约束系统的正面碰撞并行模拟,并与台车和实车的试验结果进行比较,验证所建立的有限元模型的准确性,为整车开发和耐撞性设计奠定基础.
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of CMVDR 294, the simulation of front crash safety of some commercial vehicle with dummy is parallel calculated using the code of LS-DYNA. The results is compared with the one of table vehicle and actual vehicle to validate the reliability of finite element model, and the base of vehicle development and crashworthiness improvement is established.
