【摘要】 利用扫描电子显微镜对鞘舌卷柏(Selaginella vaginataSpring)、狭叶卷柏(S.maireiH.Lev)、小翠云(S.kraussiana(Kunze)A.Br.)、镰叶卷柏(S.drepanophyllaAlson)、单籽卷柏(S.monosporaSpring)5种卷柏的大、小孢子进行了详细的观察.结果表明,5种卷柏科植物的孢子在形态上具有高度的一致性:都为三裂缝、辐射对称.其孢子具有复杂的外部纹饰特征,可作为种间鉴别的重要分类依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The megaspores and microspores of five species of Selaginellaceae——Selaginella vaginata Spring,S.mairei H.Lev,S.kraussiana(Kunze) A.Br.,S.drepanophylla Alson,S.monospora Spring were observed for morphological features under scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The spore morphologies of the five species have great similarities:trilete and radial symmetry.The SEM studies showed that complex ornamentations on the surface have distinct differences in the five species.更多还原
