用天然气再燃技术降低煤粉锅炉NO_X排放
Coal-fired Boiler NOX Control by Natural Gas Reburning Technology
【摘要】 介绍了电厂煤粉锅炉NOX的生成机理及低NOX燃烧技术——燃料分级燃烧法,通过采用江油煤在试验炉上进行试验,分析研究了采用天然气再燃技术降低煤粉锅炉NOX排放的可行性,为天然气再燃降低煤粉锅炉NOX排放技术在四川江油电厂HG-220/100-1型锅炉上的实际应用与深入研究提供了基础数据和科学依据。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced the mechanism of NOX formation and staged combustion technology for NOX control.By carrying out tests of Jiangyou coal on a trial furnace,the feasibility of gas reburning technology for NOX reduction was studied.It provides basic data and foundation for further research and application of the technology on a HG-220/100-1 boiler in Jiangyou Power Plant.
