【摘要】 光学显微镜观察结果显示:驯鹿狂蝇蛆1龄幼虫大小为(2·45±0·03)mm×(0·74±0·01)mm,淡黄白色,纺锤形;背面有棘刺雏形;各体节腹面有密集的棘刺多列;其中以最后一列和各节的侧方有较长的缨毛状棘刺为特征。2龄幼虫大小为(11·32±0·08)mm×(6·10±0·05)mm,两端稍窄呈圆筒状;背腹面各节皆环绕有棘刺6~8列,棘长色深。成熟的3龄幼虫呈棕黄色,大小为(33·20±0·006)mm×(10·22±0·03)mm;背腹面各节皆环绕有棘刺,特别是5~9体节棘刺密集而大,尤以背侧明显;第4~8体节背面中央前缘有一梭形棘刺区域;各体节腹面两侧棘刺稍大;在各节腹面后缘两侧分别有一稍大的棘刺丛区域,其中的棘长而锐。概括起来,虫体各部位的棘刺可分为几种类型:一是圆丘锥状棘刺,其基座呈圆丘形,顶端为直的锥状;二是扁平锥状棘刺,棘底较宽,棘刺较直;三是鹰钩状棘刺,棘刺末端钩状弯曲。成蝇体大,形似野蜂,长14~16mm;触角沟中部有一明显的隆突;腹部有黄黑色绒毛;翅以稍狭窄开放的2R5室和稍长的向后下折曲的m2脉为特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optical microscope observation on Cephenemyia trompe showed that the first instar larvae are（2.45±0.03）mm×（0.74±0.01）mm,yellowish-white,spindle-shaped.Each segment has the dense denticles ventrally aligned in rows and only the rudiments of denticles dorsally,which is characterized by the long tassel-like denticles on the last row and lateral parts of each segment.The end of the larvae has a row of comb-shaped denticles.The second instar larvae are（11.32±0.08）mm×（6.10±0.05）mm,cylinder-shaped with two ends slightly narrowed.Each segment is surrounded with six to eight rows of denticles dorsally and ventrally which are long and dark.The comb-like denticles on the ends are more and bigger than L1.The third instar larvae are（33.20±0.006）mm×（10.22±0.03）mm and brownish -yellow.Each segment is surrounded with denticles which are denser and bigger on segments Ⅴ-Ⅷ,especially on dorsum.There is a region of shuttle-shaped denticles at the central anterior part between segments Ⅳ-Ⅷ dorsally.Denticles on lateral parts of each segment ventrally are much bigger.There is a bigger denticles part on the posterior margin of each segment ventrally with long and sharp denticles.The denticles shapes of the third larvae were distinct on different positions,which are cone-shaped,laterally cone shaped or aquiline beak shaped.The adults are like a bumble bee and 14mm～16mm in length.There is a clear convexity on the central of the antennal groove.Its abdomen has yellowish-black hairs.Wing is characterized by 2R₅ wing-cell which is narrowly opened and m₂ vein which is slightly long and bends down to the posterior.更多还原
