深冷处理对Al2O3陶瓷铝基复合材料耐磨性的影响
Influence of cryogenic treatment on wear properties of aluminum matrix composite material reinforced by Al2O3 particle and fibre hybrid
【摘要】 采用预制件-挤压铸造法制备出Al2O3颗粒及纤维双相增强Al基复合材料,并进行磨损实验,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)研究了在高载荷条件下经固溶时效处理的复合材料在循环深冷处理前后的磨损性能。结果表明,深冷处理能有效提高复合材料的耐磨性能;双相增强和体积变化能有效抑制磨粒和粘着磨损。
【Abstract】 Al2O3 particle and fibre hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix composite material was prepared by extruding-infiltration method.The wear behavior of the composite material was investigated using a ML-10 wear equipment.The wear mechanism of the composite material before and after cyclic cryogenic treatment was studied by SEM and TEM.The results show that cryogenic treatment improves the wear property of composite material effectively.The hybrid reinforcement and the volume change occured after cry ogeinc treatment can restrain the abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
