【摘要】 目的探讨臭氧局部注射治疗肩周炎的价值。方法30例肩周炎患者,采用痛点局部注射或肩关节腔内注射浓度为35μg/ml的臭氧。注射后进行肩关节功能锻炼。结果所有患者均随访3个月。其中15例患者达到临床治愈,10例患者症状明显好转,5例患者疗效不明显,有效率为83.3%。无一例患者出现并发症。结论臭氧治疗是一种微创、安全、有效的治疗方法,可以作为治疗肩周炎的一种选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ozone injection in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.Methods All 30 patients with periarthritis!humeroscapularis were treated with ozone injection. The concentration of ozone was 35 μg/ml.After injection of ozone,the functional exercise of shoulder joints were performed.Results All of the patients were followed up 3 months.The overall efficacy was 83.3% with the excellent 50%,the good 33.3% and the poor 16.7%,respectively.There were no complications happened.Conclusion Ozone therapy is a minimally invasive,effective and safe method for treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis.It suggest that ozone therapy can be considered the treatment of choice for periarthritis humeroscapularis.更多还原
