【Abstract】 On the basis of many on-the-spot investigations,according to the target of a new cycle rural credit cooperatives reform in China,the author proposes a management pattern after successful organization of Shanxi Provincial rural credit cooperatives as a single-legal person agency,i.e.provincial cooperatives management pattern,county cooperatives as a single-legal person management pattern and grass roots cooperatives management pattern.The key tache and main contents for various level management patterns are discussed.And this design philosophy will offer basis for promoting the transformation of Shanxi rural credit cooperatives management pattern.更多还原
