【摘要】 目的：探讨那曲地区藏族青少年体型特征及其规律。方法：应用Heath-Carter法,对那曲地区1194名青少年进行体型评价。结果：那曲地区藏族青少年男性的体型为中胚层-外胚层型均衡型(2．40-3．52-3．59),女性为中间型(3．73-3．23-3．21)；男性由中胚层-外胚层均衡型发展为向偏外胚层的中胚层型,女性由偏外胚层的中胚层型经历中间型、均衡的外胚层型、均衡的内胚层型发展为偏中胚层的内胚层型。结论：那曲地区藏族青少年体型消瘦,肌肉骨骼不甚发达,脂肪含量较少；在生长发育较快的时期,城区与牧区藏族青少年体型差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characteristics and rules of somatotype of the Tibetan adolescents in Naqu district.Methods:The somatotypes of 1 194 Tibetan adolcscents in Naqu were evaluated by Heath-Carter anthro- pometric method.Results:The average somatotype of Tibetan adolescents in male was Mesomorph-Ectomorphy (2.40-3.52-3.59) and in female was Central (3.73-3.23-3.21).The somatotypes developed from Mesomorph- Ectomorphy to Ectomorphic Mesomorphy in male;however,it was from Ectomorphic Mesomorphy,Central, Balanced Ectomorphy,Balanced Endomorphy to Mesomorphic Endomorphy in female.Conclusion:The somato- types of Tibetan adolescents in Naqu are slim with little fat;musculo-skeletal system is not well developed.Dur- ing the period of quick growing and developing,the difference of somatotypes of Tibetan adolescents is obvious between city and pasture area.更多还原
