【摘要】 目的:观察穴位注入核素后在具体实体结构上的循经迁移路线。方法:将131I分别注入大鼠“后三里”、“关元”腧穴,分别切取大鼠胃经和任脉沿线向心方向的脂肪条带结构、或其两侧肌组织及与之相对应的皮肤,进行放射自显影。结果:只有131I注射侧的胃经及任脉沿线脂肪条带结构上才显现出核素循行的轨迹。结论:经脉沿线脂肪条带结构与经脉线似具有重要相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the track of nuclide（injected in the vital Points）moving in some substantial structure along the Meridian.Methods: ¹³¹I was injected in the Housanli and Guanyuan points.The centripetal part of the fatty strip structures along the Stomach Meridian and Ren Meridian,and lateral muscles and corresponding skin of rat were harvested for radioautography detection.Results: The nuclide track only appeared in the fatty strip structures along the Stomach Meridian and Ren Meridian in the ¹³¹I injected side.Conclusion: The fatty strip structures along the Meridian has an important relationship to the Meridian.更多还原
