【Abstract】 The applications of Bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) in clinical therapy are heavily limited,as the insufficient quantity and purit of induced neuron-like cells by BMSCs.The choice of inducers is essential for promoting the quantity and quality of induced neuron-like cells by BMSCs.Oxidizing agent,neurotrophy factors and substances which can increase the quantity of the cAMP in the cells were widely used in the induced differentiatiion of BMSCs.Recently it was found that chinese herbal medicine be also as inducers for the induced differentiation of BMSCs.更多还原
