固定矫治用钕铁硼磁体及托槽与大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞相容性的研究
The Biocompatibility of NdFeB Magnet and Bracket in Fix Appliance with Rat Gingival Fibroblast Cell
【摘要】 目的评价固定矫治用钕铁硼磁体的细胞相容性。方法将托槽、磁体等浸出液加入大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞培养,绘制细胞生长曲线,并分别以A lam arB lueTM法及MTT检测细胞培养3d的增殖程度。结果细胞培养1~7 d,镀氮化钛钕铁硼(68.5±0.6%)、托槽组(67.9±1.8%)的A lam arB lue还原率与阴性对照组(69.2±1.2%)无显著性差异(P>0.05),相对增殖率(RGR)分别为99%、98%。MTT检测显示镀氮化钛钕铁硼(1.99±0.04%)及托槽组(1.73±0.23%)吸光度与阴性对照组(1.97±0.12%)无显著性差异(P>0.05),相对增殖率(RGR)分别为101%、88%。A lam arB lue及MTT法均显示镀氮化钛磁体、托槽细胞毒性级别分别为0级和1级。结论镀氮化钛钕铁硼与大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞具有良好相容性,说明镀氮化钛可以作为钕铁硼临床应用的防腐蚀方法。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cell biocompatibility of NdFeB magnet in fix appliance.Methods Primary rat gingival fibroblast cells were cultured in DMEM incubated with bracket,NdFeB magnet coated titanium-nitride and bare magnets.Curves of the cell growth in each group were drawn,AlamarBlue TM and MTT were used to examine the changes of proliferation of cultured cells.Results There was no significant difference for the cells numbers cultured(1day7day) in magnet coated titanium-nitride and bracket groups compared with negative control group.The percentage of reduced AlamarBlue in magnet coated titanium nitride and bracket groups were 68.5±0.6% and 67.9±1.8% respectively,without significant difference compared with the negative control(69.2±1.2%,P>0.05),the rates of relative growth were 99% and 98% respectively.The absorbance rates of MTT in magnet coated titanium nitride and bracket groups were 1.99±0.04% and 1.73±0.23% respectively,without significant difference compared with negative control(1.97±0.12%,P>0.05),the rates of relative growth were 101% and 88%.The ranking of cytotoxity of magnet coated with titanium nitride and bracket was 0 and 1 in both the AlamarBlue and MTT tests.Conclusion Magnet coated with titanium nitride has good cell biocompatibility with primary rat gingival fibroblast cells,may be a good way for avoiding NdFeB magnet erosion in clinic.
