【摘要】 目的探讨MMP-3和TIMP-3在卵巢癌的表达及其意义。方法本文采用光镜、透射电镜和免疫组化方法对27例卵巢癌组织中的MMP-3及TIMP-3表达进行检测。结果结果表明,临床分期为晚期的卵巢癌组织中MMP-3阳性细胞的数密度和面密度明显高于早期,而TIMP-3则低于早期。电镜下,早期淋巴细胞和树突状细胞浸润较多,癌细胞没有穿过基底膜;晚期淋巴细胞和树突状细胞浸润较少,可见癌细胞穿基底膜。结论MMP-3和TIMP-3的表达程度及MMP-3/TIMP-3的比值,可作为判断卵巢癌病程的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-3) and tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase(TIMP-3) in ovary carcinoma.Methods The expressions of MMP-3 and TIMP-3 were detected in 27 cases with ovarian cancer by light,electron microscope and immunohistochemical methods.Results The number density and area density of MMP-3 positive cells in later stage of ovary carcinoma was higher than those in earlier stage significantly,but those of TIMP-3 positive cells were higher in earlier stage than in later stage.Under tramsmission electron microscope,the infiltration of lymphocytes and dendritic cells was found without penetration of cancer cells through basement membrane in earlier stage of the cancer,but less infiltration of lymphocytes and dendritic cells was found with penetration of cancer cells through basement membrane in later stage of the cancer.Conclusion The expressions of MMP-3 and TIMP-3 as well as the ratio of MMP-3/TIMP-3 may be markers of the progress of the ovarian cancer.更多还原
