【摘要】 目的研究癌基因p130Cas与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法对112例胃癌组织进行p130Cas检测。结果p130Cas表达部位主要在癌细胞细胞浆,部分细胞膜及少数核膜也见表达,表达主要呈均质状;其表达强度与癌浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关,随着浸润程度的加深、淋巴结转移的出现以及临床呈期的加大,p130Cas表达强度明显增强,差异均有显著性(分别为χ2=11.9096,P<0.01;χ2=12.3401,P<0.01和χ2=19.5037,P<0.001)。结论癌基因p130Cas与胃癌的浸润和转移及临床呈期等生物学行为密切相关,在胃癌的侵袭扩散过程中发挥着重要的作用,有望成为阻断胃癌扩散的新靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between p130Cas and biological behaviour of gastric cancer.Methods The expression of p130Cas in 112 cases of gastric cancer tissues were detected by EnVision immunohistochemtry technique.Results The positive expression locations of p130Cas are mainly on cytoplasms,part on cytomembrane and a few on nuclea membrane.The expression level of p130Cas of gastric cancer tissues is related to extent of invasion,lymph metastasis and clinic stage.Following the enhance of invasion and clinic stage and the occurrence of lymph metastasis,the expression of p130Cas was significantly increased.The difference has significant(χ~2=11.9096,P<0.01;χ~2=12.3401,P<0.01;χ~2=19.5307,P<0.001).Conclusion p130Cas is an oncogene that intimate correlates with biological behaviour of gastric cancer such as invasive,lymph metastasis and clinic stage.It may become a new target which obstructs invasive and lymph metastasis of gastric cancer.更多还原
