【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug oxaprozin.Methods oxaprozin was synthesized by the microwave irradiation in one-pot reaction.Results The yield of the oxaprozin was increased from 63% to 72% and the time was shortened from 5h to 10min.Conclusion The microwave irradiation accelerated the reactions siynificartly and the yield was increased.更多还原
