【Abstract】 Non-Traditional Security is a prominent problem in the course of globalization,and its conception itself has important value since it has gone beyond the meaning of Traditional Security.However,it is in a theoretical dilemma,because the definition of the Non-Traditional Security is too broad.Under this circumstance,the security meanings are obscure and would lead to theoretical faintness,the contradiction between the single security suply for the subject and the plural security demand of the subject which can weaken the capability of upholding security,and also the contradiction between the distribution of resources and the choice of security goals,which can make it difficult for governments to decide on the political agenda.更多还原
