【摘要】本文论证并澄清了《电力网电能损耗计算导则》〔1〕12页“合理调整电压降损电能的计算”方法容易引起误导和不易操作的问题,提出了实用的模型和计算公式。通过算例分析表明了本文提出方法的正确性及其良好的降损效果。更多还原
