聚氯乙烯装置热集成
Heat Integration of Polyvinyl Chloride System
【摘要】 聚氯乙烯装置是一个高耗能装置,对其利用夹点技术进行节能改造,有很重要的应用价值。本文利用夹点技术对某聚氯乙烯流程进行了分析,找出了其能量利用不合理的环节,针对这些不合理的环节提出了节能改造方案,并对方案进行了技术经济评价。
【Abstract】 The polyvinyl chloride(PVC) system is highly energy-consuming,therefore,it is worthy of applying the pinch technology to this system,so that a better heat-exchanger network can be proposed and the energy consumption can be reduced.This paper applies the pinch technology to analyze the flowsheet of a certain PVC system,thereafter,the bottleneck is found and an energy saving retrofit design is proposed and economically evaluated.
