小柴胡汤对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用
Effects of Xiao Chaihu Tang on experimental endometriosis in rats
【摘要】 目的:探讨小柴胡汤对大鼠子宫内膜异位症(内异症)的治疗作用及其机制。方法:建立大鼠内异症动物模型,将模型成功大鼠随机分为4组,即小柴胡汤组、丹那唑组、联合用药组(小柴胡汤+丹那唑)及对照组。利用图像分析腺上皮高度的变化,评价治疗效果;利用免疫组化方法,观察分析各用药组在位、异位内膜环加氧酶-2(COX-2)的表达。结果:用药组腺上皮高度明显降低,其中联合用药组最为明显;小柴胡汤组和联合用药组异位内膜COX-2的表达水平明显低于在位内膜,但丹那唑组和对照组异位内膜的表达明显高于在位内膜。结论:小柴胡汤联合丹那唑对大鼠内异症具有明显治疗作用;小柴胡汤治疗机制有可能是通过下调异位内膜COX-2的表达,从而减少前列腺素的产生而实现的。
【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the effect of Xiao Chaihu Tang on treatment(endometriosis) in rats and to explore its mechanism.Methods:The rat model of endometriosis was established and was treated with Xiao Chaihu Tang,Danazol,and Xiao Chaihu Tang plus Danazol for 4 week,respectively.The height on endometriotic tissue(EOS) was evaluated by the morphonemethical method;Cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)expression in each group of endometrium and endometriotic tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry method.Results:The reduced rate of the height of endometrial epithelium on the endometriotic tissue in the treated groups were lower than the control groups,especially in the Xiao Chaihu Tang puls Danazol group.The expression of COX-2 in the endometriotic tissue was lower than that of eutopic endometrium in the Xiao Chaihu Tang group and Xiao Chaihu Tang puls Danazol group,while Danazol group and control group were opposed to Xiao Chaihu Tang group.Conclusion:The mechanism of Xiao Chaihu Tang on the treatment endometriosis may be to decrease the COX-2 expression and reduce the prostaglandin synthesization.
