【摘要】 城乡发展存在着城乡收入差距不断扩大,城乡生活质量差异大,城乡在社会保障、医疗、就业等方面差别大,小城镇对农村发展带动力弱等问题。城乡发展不协调制约了城镇的健康发展和城镇化进程,迟滞了农民工向城镇市民的转化,导致城乡资源的不合理流动。城镇化应当统筹城乡建设投入,建立和完善城乡统一的适应市场经济发展的机制,提高农民和农民工科技文化素质,增强小城镇对农村发展的带动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of urban and rural areas is faced with such problems as the widening gap between income,quality of life,social security,medicine and employment,and the weak leading force of small towns.Inharmonious development between urban and rural areas constrains the healthy development of towns as well as urbanization,restricts the migrant workers’ transformation into township citizens and results in the unreasonable division of resources.Therefore,it is required by urbanization to coordinate urban and rural construction investment,establish and perfect an integrated mechanism to adapt to market economy development,improve farmers’ and migrant workers’ technological and cultural quality,and to enhance small towns’ leading role in rural development.更多还原
