【摘要】 通过对江西省农村城镇化综合指标(人口、经济和社会环境)的评估,分析了加快农村城镇化发展有利农民收入的提高。提出了农村城镇化建设过程中存在的问题,指出城镇化建设应合理地确定其功能和发展方向,选择集体和个人投资为主、政府扶助及吸引外资为辅的方式,加强科技教育,提高城镇居民的综合素质和加强生态环境建设等。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,through analyzing the comprehensive index of urbanization in Jiangxi(population,economy and social environment),holds that accelerating urbanization helps increase farmers’ income.It also points out the problems found in this process and proposes some countrermeasures to be taken including deciding on the function and direction-collective and private investment as primary and government assisting and foreign investment as secondary,spreading education on science and technology,improving citizens’ comprehensive quality and bettering ecological environment.更多还原
