【Abstract】 Based on PDA/GPS/GPRS in Windows CE environment,the mobile GIS development theory and method were summarized and discussed.Meanwhile,a practical case in electric power system of Fujian Province was studied.It aims to integrate the functions of the PDA,GPS,GPRS and mobile GIS and create a new powerful and efficient tool in data collection and field survey.The results indicated that some key technology problems on how to develop a real time measuring system were solved.An advanced mobile GIS interface in electric power system application was developed,which will provide a favorable model for research and development of mobile GIS.更多还原
